An action-packed 45-minute dance classes for children aged between 5 and 8 years.

Dancing is known to improve children’s flexibility, confidence and encourages them to work as a team, plus it’s 45 minutes of fun! Teacher, Alex Carruthers, has over fifteen years of training, specialising in ballet, modern and contemporary.

Mini Me Yoga with Gemma Baird

Mini Me Yoga is dedicated to bringing fun into the lives of children with the aim of bringing calm, connection, compassion and JOY into children’s lives.

Studies have found that kids yoga helps them learn how to release stress, retain more information, and increase confidence and happiness, among other benefits. Positive thinking techniques increase a child’s awareness of the power of their own thoughts and give them access to being the author of their own life.

Session leader Gemma Baird brings many years of experience of working with children & families in a wide range of roles & settings.
